Big-Time Playing

Today we went to Kohl Children's Museum. It's really a remarkable place part of which is set up like a town. Some of the exhibits allow kids to run sandwich shops, decorate houses, be mechanics, and play musical instruments. There are also lots of soft enclosed areas for babies birth to 18 months with nursing stations. These were great for when our dude needed a break.

Here's Collin trying out some of the available roles:

Savvy Supermarket Shopper:
Notice the plastic churros AND plastic matzoh. That's multiculturalism for you:

Train Conductor:

Ship's Captain:
Mad Scientist:
Vet:
I.T. Guy With Plumber's Crack:
Daddy (by strapping Baba into a grownup-sized car seat--Baba wasn't ready for the 5-point harness):

Nor'easter

Mommy and Collin went to visit Baba in Trenton where he was working on a trial.  The trial settled early, but not before Collin got to see a lot of people and do a lot of things.

Here he is in his dad's hotel room:

Hanging out with Pop Pop, Grammy, and Frankie:

Watching his favorite (and only) show, Sid the Science Kid:

Being the center of attention at Grammy's school's nursery:

Visiting Aaron and Katsuri on a beautiful day in Philadelphia:
Walking EVERYWHERE:

Salon

Collin had his first professional haircut today.  He was a little irked that there wasn't time for a mani/pedi, but was a really good throughout the process.  Now he really looks like a little boy and not a baby anymore.

March On The Beach

While Baba worked on his trial in Trenton, Collin got some beach time. He loves having such a huge expanse to explore either in his wagon or on foot.
