Holy Pumpkins!

Mommy was a little depressed by last year's trip to the pumpkin patch. It was on a farm, but super commercial with lots of scary skeleton stuff, sad petting zoos, and even sadder pony rides. That's why this year she decided to take everyone to the friendly monastary pumpkin patch! It was perfect. Hayrides, bouncy houses, corn mazes ("Monk's Maze") and good old-fashioned fun. No bloody pirate skeletons to explain either--the Catholics keep all their gore INSIDE the church. There weren't too many actual monks around because we guessed they were busy, it being Sunday and all...

• Romy weighs 16 pounds and is 26 inches long. She's in the 90th percentile for both height and weight.
• Collin has been testing prototypes from the Radio Flyer company at school.
